I ate my breakfast with a hardboiled egg or two. This meal makes for a nice, light morning snack.
Cheddar, Avocado & Tomato on Toast
Ingredients
1/2 avocado
2 slices of tomato
2 slices of cheddar cheese
1 piece of toast
Directions
1. Toast bread
2. Spread avocado on the toasted bread, top with slices of tomato and cheddar
3. Eat!
